Aah... it's nice to have some spare time again to visit this blog. And by the way, this is the first time I write in English since time immemorial (kidding, ha ha actually I just write a company profile for local securities company).
Okay recently, Me and my two friends just found a new hobby that we never thought before when we were high schooler. Try to guess it. Peeping a woman in the bathroom? No, we aren't pervert, dude! Groping some junior high schooler' titties? Oh Man, we are not that immoral you know. Can you guess something else beside those perversion related question, please. Ha ha ha.... Well, I'll just let you know. Recently we love to play and sing in a band!
This hobby is very very relaxing for us after a week battling with our own works. A stress relief medium, I might say. You can scream as loud as you want, hitting those cymbal and drums like crazy, playing the guitar like the speed finger god, without no one yelling back at you.
We usually play some song by Oasis. My favorite is the "Wonderwall", I don't know the song's meaning, but it just really cool to hear and to sing of course. Then we also sing the drummer's favorite "Don't look back in anger" which is my favorite too. Especially on the chorus part. The list still go on to "live forever", "Stop crying your heart", and many more.
After successfully singing those songs for 4 weeks, we try to create our own song. But actually creating a song is not as easy as we think. First, We think that a cool song start with cool tones then we add some lyric into it. We find a really nice and ear cathcy tune, but when it comes to creating the lyric, none of us could find the right lyric.
We almost giving up on it. Then we try the other ways. Create some lyric first and followed by music. Unfortunately, it doesn't work too. It's a little bit tricky to create a song, is it?
But there some surprise for us, when we try random tones, accidentally a lyric struck my mind. I just sing whatever word that comes to my head at that time. A song has born. but....after play it, we all forget the song. We try to sing it again but instead singing the same song, another song is born. Still we can't stick on one good song we just created, because the lyric is vanishing quickly. It just happen spontaneously for me. So now, we play random tunes and spit whatever words comes to my head. We call it freestyle song. It' really nice and refreshing. After all, it the fun and the joy that we are looking after in this hobby. Freestyle rocks!
